How to Install Trackpilots App on Windows

Welcome to the official installation guide for Trackpilots — your trusted employee monitoring and productivity tracking solution.

1. Visit our official website: https://trackpilots.com/downloads




2. Click on the Download for Windows button.

3. A file named something like TrackPilots-Setup.exe will start downloading in the download folder.

4 Click on the downloaded .exe file to start the installation

Because our app is not yet registered with Microsoft, Windows may show a warning when you try to install it.

You may see this message:

“Windows protected your PC”
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting.

1. When you see the SmartScreen warning, click on More info.




2. Then click on the Run anyway button.

This will start the installer.
Don’t worry – TrackPilots is completely safe to use and digitally signed by us.

1. After clicking "Run Anyway", the installer will launch.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions:

   • Accept the license agreement

   • Choose the installation folder (or leave it default)

   • Click Install

Once installed:

• You’ll see a shortcut on your Desktop.




• Double-click it to open the app.

• Sign in to get started.

✅ Step 6: Login Trackpilots App

You’ll see the login screen enter your credentials to sign in.

TrackPilots runs silently as a tray app you’ll find the icon near your system clock.

If it’s hidden, click the up-arrow (^) in your system tray to find it.

🛡️ Step 7: Start your work
Choose between “Work Mode” and “Privacy Mode.”

In Work Mode, Trackpilots starts monitoring your active time and productivity.

Switch to Privacy Mode to pause tracking during breaks or personal work.

TrackPilots respects your privacy only you control when tracking starts and stops.

TrackPilots is still in its early access phase and not yet available on the Microsoft Store. That’s why Windows may flag the installer — it doesn’t mean it’s unsafe. We’re working on publishing it officially soon!
