Introducing Stealth Monitoring: Seamless and Discreet Employee Tracking

Last Update 1年前

We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature on the Trackpilots dashboard — Stealth Monitoring, also known as Hidden Employee Monitoring. This update allows managers to enable work tracking discreetly, ensuring accurate productivity insights without interrupting the employee’s workflow.
What is Stealth Monitoring?

Stealth Monitoring automatically starts tracking work as soon as the system is turned on and stops when it is shut down. Employees cannot view or detect the app while it is active, ensuring completely unobtrusive monitoring.

Whether the user is in Work Mode or Privacy Mode, settings applied from the dashboard are reflected immediately if they are online. If offline, the changes take effect once the user comes online, usually within an hour.

How It Works

The Stealth Mode page on the dashboard provides a clear interface where you can:

  • See each employee’s Full Name and email.

  • Check their current Device Status (e.g., Offline, Work Mode, Privacy Mode).

  • Toggle Enable Stealth Mode for individual employees.

  • Save the settings with a single click.

In the provided screenshot, you can see a list of employees with their statuses and stealth mode settings, making it easy to manage the entire team from one place.

Why Use Stealth Monitoring?

This feature is designed to help managers:

  • Monitor productivity without distracting employees.

  • Ensure transparency in team performance.

  • Adapt to remote and hybrid work environments with ease.

By keeping monitoring invisible to the user, you get authentic and uninterrupted data on work activities while maintaining trust and respect for privacy.

Final Thoughts

At TrackPilots, we’re committed to giving you smarter tools to manage your team. The Stealth Monitoring feature combines discretion with robust tracking to support your organizational goals effectively.

Start using Stealth Monitoring today and experience seamless productivity tracking.
